What is the best solution for dead skin cells on skin?
-What are dead skin cells?
The skin consists of epidermis and dermis. The outermost layer of the epidermis is called ‘horny layer’ and acts as a shield for the skin surface. Once skin cells are newly produced, they keep moving toward the outermost part of the skin and finally come out to the surface of horny layer. As new cells arrive, old ones that performed their role for a certain period of time are eventually shed. By repeating the process, skin goes through turnover process.
However, when this process is not done properly, you can get the appearance of dry, flaky skin and these are what we call dead skin cells.
-How to care
Excessive dead skin cells that have accumulated on the surface of your skin lessen the effectiveness of skin care products. When you are worried about dead skin cells on your skin, apply adequate amount of cleansing gel on your palm and gently massage all over your face avoiding the eye and mouth areas, right after your basic cleansing routine. Then gently tissue off and cleanse with foam cleanser.
